What if I told you Meditation helps your body to reflect your thoughts differently.

When you are continuously thinking the same type of thoughts in a certain way, they begin to reflect as your TRUTH.

This is great if these thoughts support you to grow and add value to yourself and others.

But what if, like most of us, we have those pesky little thoughts that loiter like dust bunnies in the corners, and under the bed even after you’ve mopped and cleaned. There are always a few stragglers that we’ve missed, right? Unfortunately, the body reflects these thoughts negatively through pain and discomfort.
 
In his book Getting in the Gap, Wayne Dyer explains the use of meditation to be in the gap between our thoughts and the creative conscious energy of life itself.
 
I see it a little differently. There is a GAP, but it also includes the thoughts between your mind and your emotions.

Meditation helps you find and identify this gap with clarity. Why the importance of clarity?
 
Because you can both change the thought and choose the emotion within the same process. You can literally get inside your head and think differently, like cleaning up those dust bunnies.

That’s power!
Your personal power, and it’s available to you every day, in every moment that you live and BREATHE.


I would like to help you get into your GAP so you can tap into your personal power.

  1. Make a list of no more than one to two thoughts you are thinking continuously
  2. Write the emotions attached to the thought i.e., anger, frustration, etc.
  3. Do a 1-2min short meditation to identify what the new thinking and emotions would feel like, in other words, a new supportive TRUTH
