Focusing on What’s missing instead of what we want.
Hello, my Peace, Love & Happiness seekers!
When we take the time to organize our thinking, our emotions, and our feeling state then we are more capable of manifesting what we want to experience in our lives.
For years I tried to solve my problems by focusing on the problem using logic and rationale to determine how to change the outcome.
Such as my relationship and health issues sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t, it required a lot of willpower to stay focused and motivated.
But when I took a different approach of thinking about how much better I would feel if I were healthy, or how exciting it would be to have an amazing partner, life became a whole lot better and circumstances resolved themselves so much easier.
I was recently listening to a Sadhguru video explaining the importance of organizing your mind and it reminded me of going back to the basics.
Basics such as being aware of what you are thinking, and how that particular way of thinking affects how you feel. I call it SHAPING YOUR INTERNAL
DIALOGUE.

I’ve decided to get my feet really wet and run a 5-Day ‘Just Get Happy’ Challenge by any means necessary. Starts tomorrow MONDAY August 9, 2021, at 11:30 am Eastern.
By the end of the 5 days, you will identify at least One happiness practice that helps you stress less, support your emotional wellness and see your current life events in a positive way.
Each day will act as a reminder to keep you on the pathway to becoming happy or happier!
